Arrive 5 minutes early

More than 5 minutes late and we may not be able to finish your service.

1 hour notice to cancel

Cancel or reschedule at least an hour ahead, or it counts as a no-show.

Book exactly what you want

Services are timed back to back, so we can't add a beard trim or shave once you're in the chair (unless the schedule allows).

Three no-shows

After three no-shows you can't book ahead anymore, but you're welcome as a walk-in when there's room.
